Congratulations Holly and Steve... I remember when Joe and I and your parents were getting our 1st "Starter Homes" (this is a joke amongst Hruska's,Lunds,Heppelmans and Meilanders) well anyway the interest rates were over 12%! Can you imagine that. Being new homeowners is so exciting..I hope you move went smoothly. Love, Janet
