February update
Hey my dear family, and friends. I just returned from the start of my 3rd week of radiation. After this week I will be half way done. All and all it hasn't been to bad, it makes me very tried and a couple days last week pretty sick. I don't remember getting sick last time from radiation, but maybe the combination of the Chemo and radiation got to me. Or maybe I had a bug, either way you forget how great it is to feel good unless you have a day of feeling like that. A few things that I know are coming, is the hair loss and more frequent blood tests to be sure my blood counts stay normal. I am trying to remember how nice it is to not have to worry about how my hair looks.
Since the return of our trip we have enjoyed getting out when we can. Hopefully those that I have been able to catch up with see a big smile on my face. Being with all of you gives me more joy then you can imagine. I draw so much strength from all of you. Sometimes when I am in a room full of people I look around and praise God for each and every one of you in my life. I see laughter, joking around, interactions that I would have never stopped to enjoy had I not been diagnosed with this. I know I need my rest, but it is when I am with all of you that I feel so alive. Thanks to all, I love you so.
Go to God in prayer as much, and as often as you can!
Love always
Sue

Hi Sue,
Recently, Judy Gingerich has share your blog site with me and I visit it frequently... to know how best to pray for you and to share in your life from a bit of a distance. You have inspired me already... how great an example of recognizing the simplicities of life and the joy of each moment. May God continue to give you peace, joy.. and calm.
Sincerely,
Lores (Gingerich) Vlaminck
Hi Sue! Just thinking of you, wondering how you are doing and if there is anything I can do for you. :) I don't know if you are checking your work email but please let me know if I can do anything, I'd love to stop & see you on my day off sometime. :) Miss you...
Anne
