She is doing great! Making jokes, asking all of her visitors how they are doing and feeling! That's mom...always thinking of everyone else! She is tired, but doing awesome. She asked me to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers.

What an awesome picture, Sue! Your spirit embodies the message of one of my favorite prayers, from Saint Theresa of the Little Ways - meaning she believed in doing the little things in life well and with great love.
"May today there be peace within. May you trust your highest power that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith. May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you....May you be content knowing you are a child of God.... Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and every one of us."
Blessings to you and your family.

To all - We are home now, resting after an incredible past 48 hours. We have been treated to the best medical treatment in the world, been touched by dozens of wonderful people and shared a lifetime of emotions. Thanks to all for your well wishes, warm thoughts and meaningful prayers.

I want to take a special moment to thank our family...all of you that took the time and effort out of your busy lives to share a hug and a laugh...many of you driving long distances.

To our own kids...Drew and Holly. Your love and effort warmed the hearts of your mother during this difficult time. You have turned out to be a lot like her...which is wonderful. Keeley and Steve, by your sides, are truly great people.

And to my awesome wife...wow! You amaze everyone with your attitude, energy and will power. I believe I am the luckiest man alive!

From the bottom of my heart - thank you all! Ed
