Pullin' for Sue

There's a valley in Southeastern Minnesota and it seems Sue has found it. This blog is a place for friends and family to keep track of Sue's progress and also a place where prayers and concerns can be posted for Sue. Please check back often for updates and sign Sue's guest book.

Going home!

Picture: Sue is in ICU with all her family members Derek, Barb, Ashley, Keeley, Holly, Drew and Steve (photo by Ed). She is going home this afternoon - and she is anxious to do so. She enjoyed a hamburger, fries and another Diet Dr Pepper for lunch - things are getting back to normal quickly.

Sue and I are thankful for all the kind wishes and prayers we have received from everyone. Also, the staff here at St Mary's is so wonderful...how fortunate we are to have the best people in the world minutes from our home!

Sue enjoys reading your posts so please feel free to drop her a note. It will be plenty of rest when she gets home and oh yeah, that Vikings game tomorrow - watching it from home, as she predicted we would be.

God Bless - Ed

Ed and Sue,

So glad Sue is going home to watch the Vikes. For the next two games I am a Vikes fan. Yes, the Vikes.

Be well, God Bless,

Dan-o

PS Tell Sue I wish I could walk in your front door tomorrow and shout "Honey, I'm home"

Loved all the pictures on the blog! What a tremendous support system you have!
When I think of you tomorrow, I will imagine you sleeping in the lazyboy next to the fire waiting for game time.
Can you believe Dan is rooting for the Vikes? Never thought I would see the day.
God bless all of your family.

Nancy

Glad everything went so well, the neighborhood was lonely without you. It hasn't been the same. We'll stop by soon. Go Vikings!

God surely has plans for you. Julie Miller has kept me informed on things. We will keep you and your family in our prayers. Keep smiling that beautiful smile, even though, at times, it's not easy. Thinking of you.
